What we collect
When you request early access, we collect your name, work email and role. You can optionally share your country, current takeoff methods, takeoff frequency, requested quantity categories and whether you have project drawings you may want to use with apstrog. We also collect limited site interaction events, campaign identifiers and the referring website’s origin so we can understand how people find the programme.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about early access and product updates.
- To prioritise the construction workflows and quantities most useful to regular drawing users.
- To understand the site’s early-access conversion and improve the programme.
Sample drawings
If you upload a sample PDF, DWG or DXF drawing, it is stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and linked to your early-access entry. It is not served through a public URL. Please only share material you are authorised to provide and remove sensitive information where appropriate.
Confirmation emails and service providers
We use Cloudflare to host the website and store programme information, and Resend to send confirmation emails and internal lead notifications. Resend processes your email address, name and email content for delivery. Internal notifications may include the workflow details you choose to share. Drawing files are not attached to these emails.
Your confirmation email includes a private link for sharing workflow details and drawings. Keep this link private and contact us if you need help with your request.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access information while it remains relevant to the access programme and our relationship with you. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your details, email hello@apstrog.com from the address you used to join the list.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our service or data practices change. The current version will always be available on this page.
